You didn't think MTV would have a party and not invite Usher, did you? The 2010 Video Music Awards just got bigger, with the addition of Ush to the list of performers at the September 12 show, as well as Paramore, who are slated to give a special performance during the event hosted by "Chelsea Lately" star comedian Chelsea Handler.
